You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

Images generated using the Service are subject to our intellectual property policy. You retain ownership of your prompts and uploaded reference images.

The Service operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed when generating images and using certain features. Token costs vary by model and feature.

• Unused tokens may expire according to your subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with reasonable notice.
• Refunds for purchased tokens are subject to our refund policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artonaut AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
