📋General Policy
Artonaut AI offers a token-based system for image generation. Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and transparent in all refund decisions.
✅Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or token restoration in the following cases:
- Technical Failures: The platform failed to generate images due to server errors or bugs.
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Unauthorized Purchases: Charges made without your authorization.
- Service Unavailability: Extended downtime that prevented you from using purchased tokens.
❌Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with the quality or style of generated images.
- Tokens that have been used for successful image generation.
- Promotional or bonus tokens.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase.
🔄How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact page and select "Billing / Refund" as the subject.
- Provide your account email and a description of the issue.
- Include any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
🚫Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing cycle.
